Meet
the HevnSent Light Litter
These are the
HevnSent 'light' babies, so called because most of them had maximum white, some
just a bit more than is allowed by the show ring standard. These were the first
'real' HevnSent babies, with mum and dad both being very much a central part of
our family. Sherbet came to live with us when she was just a few months old and
Timmy was born in our living room and has never looked like leaving. It was so
exciting when these guys popped out, not least of all because some of them were
red. We didn't know Timmy was red factored and there was no real reason to think
he would be. It was fun, though, not knowing what to expect as each one made its
arrival.

A striking blue
merle with bright blue eyes, Blizzard was just like his mum. He never stopped
moving and was full of mischief as a pup. |

|
Snippet
was a sweet girl and a firm favourite. She nearly went to live in Hawaii but airline prices got the
better of her and she stayed in Melbourne with her new mum, Danielle, who
was just four at the time. |

|
This
is Shep. He proved to be too active for his first lot
of owners and came back to HevnSent after a week long adventure. Now he
lives on one of the local farms and has heaps to do. He also visits the
local nursing home and is a big hit with the elderly residents there. |

|
This
is Rocky, who seemed to be everyone's first pick. He eventually went to
live with a young lady called Lauren and his half sister Lily, and then he
got a new little sister when Pastel moved in. Rocky has heaps of fun doing
obedience and agility with Lauren. |

|
This
is Blondie, who was very pale in colour but had a terrific temperament as
a pup. She was chosen by Ron's granddaughter as their family pet and lived
happily with her family until 2006, when she developed liver failure and
had to be unfortunately euthanised. |

|
This
is Alice who lives in suburban Melbourne. A new human addition to the family
arrived not long after Alice did so she quickly became chief babysitter, a
job she loves. |

|
Hmmm, check
this boy out. He's got his mums great colours and bright blue eyes and his
dad's great attitude to life. What a combination. |

|
This
is Fletcher when he was just a wee baby. A really striking red tri dog who
was very easy to love, Fletcher found a home with his half sister Riley
and her young family.

Ziggy
was named after the shape of his tail, which was shaped like a zigzag. He was one puppy we thought we might have to dock for medical
reasons but our vets assured us he'd be just fine and this has definitely
been the case. |
