We first fell in love with alpacas many years ago, when they were way out of our price range. We caught up with them again when we we looking for something to protect our angora goats. We were soon hooked by these enchanting animals and mortgaged our farm to buy our first herd. The Hevnlee Alpaca stud was initially established in partnership with friends and family, but we now own and manage the stud on our own. It is well known in Victoria for producing elite superfine suri alpacas, derived predominantly from Surilana lines. Our animals are successful in the show ring and we offer a range of suri males at stud. See our Suri Stud page for details. We also have over 70 animals for sale at any given time, ranging from inexpensive pets and herd protectors through to absolutely stunning suri males and females. Prices start at $500 for young wethers and $1500 for breeding females, with Surilana-bred full suri females starting at $8,000.
